Connect Your TMS
Navigate to the TMS Connection tab
In the Chainomics platform, go to Shipments → Upload Shipments and select the TMS Connection tab.
Select your TMS platform
Choose your TMS from the platform grid. Each tile shows the platform name and product line (for example, McLeod shows LoadMaster / PowerBroker) so you can confirm you’re selecting the right system.
Enter your connection credentials
Provide the API Endpoint URL and API Key supplied by your TMS administrator. Chainomics masks your key immediately after entry and stores it encrypted at rest.
Test and authorize the connection
Click Test Connection. Chainomics verifies the credentials against your TMS API. Once the verification succeeds, click Continue to move to the data-scope configuration, then click Finish Setup & Import to authorize the full connection.
After the Connection
Once your TMS is connected, Chainomics:- Imports your shipment portfolio — historical records (up to 12 months, based on your scope selection) and live active loads.
- Auto-scores every shipment — each load is assigned a disruption risk score from 0 to 100, factoring in weather, port congestion, carrier safety, fuel conditions, border wait times, and active labor events along the route.
- Surfaces critical loads — shipments scoring above the critical threshold are flagged for human-in-the-loop triage in the Shipments dashboard.
